Caroline Palmer
Caroline is the consultant at Direct Recruitment who is responsible for Creative, Production and New Business roles within agencies.
With an integrated agency background, Caroline has been an account handler for over seven years using her creative flair to launch innovative campaigns. Having gained a first class honours degree in Fashion Promotion, she began her career at Alcone Marketing, subsequently moving to The Kitchen London, then later to the VCCP Partnership.
Having worked on a wide variety of clients, from entertainment to automotive through to utilities, her experience is vast. This experience puts her in a perfect position to not only understand what an agency needs from their team, but also what a candidate is looking for in an agency.
Caroline is honing her domestic goddess skills, French macaroons being the biggest challenge at present. Aside from this, she is a keen photographer, with a love of visiting new cities and countries.
